Before explaining our new Paypal extension policy, please noted that Tsukayu will be responsible for aftersales service and warranty, no matter your order is still within 45 days or not, but for those who wants more protection for his/her purchase, here you go.
Even Paypal only resolves issue within 45 days from date of charge, you won’t lose the Buyer Protection from Paypal during production period under request on extension, as well as Tsukayu warranty. If your order is still being processed AFTER 45 days and you are worried about your protection from Paypal is no longer available after 45 days while we are still manufacturing your order, you could request us to temporarily full refund your order and then reorder in Paypal system such that you got another 45 days of Paypal protection. Please call or email us for more details.
Please remember, no matter your order having Paypal protection or not, Tsukayu also stands behind all our products and keep providing good aftersales service and warranty.

The custom duties and taxes will not be included in the prices. International Customers should be responsible for any custom duties or taxes (charged by the customs), or international bank fee (charged by your bank), depending on the policy of specific country.
For US customers: Tsukayu Products (Motorcycle accessories) are custom free items in USA, there is No import tax for our products. The shopping cart amount is the final amount you need to pay. If there is any import tax generated during delivery process, Tsukayu will reimburse you. For more details, please contact [email protected]
Tsukayu ships all the products to our customers by UPS, DHL, FedEx express or normal air parcel (post office) depends on destination countries. Request on certain shipping method will have additional charges.
For Canada and The United States, shipping time for Regular Deliveries is approximately 3-6 business days (For parts and accessories, shipping time is around 7-14 business days). Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 weeks. These delivery times are approximations only, and it is possible for some deliveries to take longer than stated, such as color match order (since we have to order color paints). For International orders, normally shipping time takes around 7-15 business days.
Deliveries will require a signature upon delivery. So please try and make your delivery address on where there is someone available during the day to sign for deliveries.
PO box address is not accepted. Items sent to military address is solely at your own risk. We will not cover any loss of items sent to such address.
Tsukayu uses two different kind of packing materials. One is 7 ply carton box, another is fiberglass box. Customers will receive their Tsukayu products stored in either carton box or fiberglass box depends on product and destination country. (e.g all fairing order will be shipped with 7 ply carton box).
Both our carton and fierglass boxes are very strong, with much improved protection to the Tsukayu products inside, the lids are put into the luggage boxes instead of preinstalled to further protect the lids from damage during shipment. Customer will need to go through the following simple steps for installing the lids, installing the lids involves installing the hinges and lid supporters, all you need to do is just installing 2 nuts and 2 bolts on each side( for strong bags). Your order begins processing immediately after you submit your order and get order confirmation. During processing time, unless Tsukayu has shipped your package, you may cancel your order before your package has been sent out. Once your order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.
For color match orders, you may cancel your order before Tsukayu has ordered the paint from Color-Rite. Normally we order color paint within 3 business days from the order date; For bike specific orders, you may cancel your order before mounting holes were drilled. Once the color paint has been ordered or the bike specific holes has been drilled, your order cannot be canceled.
Tsukayu reserves the right to cancel any order and we are not responsible for typographical errors. Cancellation process will be done in PayPal system.
Tsukayu wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and that is why we offer this simple Product Exchange / Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days from the date your order was received. Color matching order or bike specific order is NOT applied to this product exchange/ money back guarantee.
Before returning an item with the packing slip, please send us an email for approval. Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange products that are color matched, damaged, have been used and display visible signs of use.
When we have received your returned products, we will issue a credit to your credit card by PayPal equaling the cost of the item plus sales tax, if applicable. Items to be returned can be shiped by any method with original packing, you should be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Please allow 7 to 10 business days from the time that we receive your returned product for the credit to be issued to your credit card. We will refund the credit as soon as we received and processed your return.
We accept product exchange before your order was shipped, for color match order, before the color paints were ordered. For products have been delivered, only non-color match order / non-bike specific order is accepted to be exchanged within 10 days from the date your order is received, the shipping cost for exchange items will be at your expense. For any exchange item which is lower price than the purchased item under the case of product delivered, the difference will NOT be refunded.
All the parts used in Tsukayu products are excellent in quality. However, if the parts are defects or damaged within 6 months from the date you received the order as stated in our records, we are willing to send the new parts to you for replacement.
For the defected electronic items (e.g. stereo and speakers), we offer 1 year warranty, and will arrange repair service by the original manufacturers instead of replacement. Repair would take certain processing time depending on level of defective.
The warranty period covers Tsukayu products against manufacturing defects or products does not function under normal operating conditions. The warranty is valid for the original consumer purchaser only.
This warranty does not cover below:
1) Product damages caused by:
a. Abuse, misuse, neglect, accident, fire or other natural disaster
b. Unauthorized product modification or repair made other than Tsukayu
c. Failure to follow instructions supplied by Tsukayu
2) Product that falls outside of Tsukayu’s design and intended use
3) Unauthorized customizations done on product after purchase (e.g. repair, painting and modification, etc)
4) Damages on other equipment being used in conjunction with Tsukayu product
The customer is responsible for returning the defective item to Tsukayu for replacement or repair under specific situation . Any defective item must be sent back prepaid in the same condition as when you originally received it or with good packing (avoid any shipping damages).
We will be happy to exchange defective item within 15 days from the date you received your order, defective products that are color matched, have been used and display visible signs of use will be unable to be exchanged.
