Ordering and Shipping Confirmation

After you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation by email to confirm receipt of your order within 1-2 working days. Please make sure the email you submitted is valid. At the same time, please double check all details in the order confirmation. If you have any special request on your order, please inform us within the production time. We will try our best to change your order according to your request. But there is no garrantee that your order can be changed successfully depends on the production status. We will confirm with you anyway.

Once your order is shipped, you will be notified again with a shipping confirmation, an international tracking number (provided by one of following the logistic companies) will be given. You may keep checking the status of shipment of your order through below provided links. Please make sure that you are able to be at the confirmed address to receive your order.

– Items sent to military address is solely at your own risk. We will not cover any loss of items sent to such address.
– Deliveries will require a signature upon delivery. So please try and make your delivery address on where there is someone available during the day to sign for deliveries.
